The hour starts at payment
Choose “express” when you order: no slot to book. The 1-hour window starts at payment and ends when the bouquet is handed over. Express can be ordered every day, 10am–8pm, Sundays included, unless an exceptional closure is announced on the site.
Arranged to order, delivered by bike or e-scooter
Bouquets are made by hand on the day, to order, with the flowers of the day. A courier on a bike or e-scooter hands them over in person; you follow their position on the tracking page until they arrive.
The hand-over, in a photo
The courier photographs the bouquet as it is handed over. You receive the photo by email: you know it’s done, even when you’re not there.

- How much does 1-hour express delivery cost?
- €18, all-in, whatever the order amount: express is never free. This fee replaces standard delivery (€5.90, free from €100). The price is the same in all 20 arrondissements.
- What happens if the bouquet arrives after the hour?
- €12.10 is refunded on request: the difference between the €18 express fee and the price of a standard delivery (€5.90). The window runs from payment to the hand-over of the bouquet. The bouquet price remains due, and you receive the photo of the hand-over as with any order.
- What time can I order express until?
- Until 8pm, every day. After 8pm, the order is delivered the next day from 10am, with standard delivery or in the slot of your choice.
