How it works

From your order to the delivery photo.

Sending flowers from a distance often means wondering whether they arrived. With Hanaé, you follow the delivery and receive a photo of the hand-over. Here’s how an order works.

1. You order

Choose a bouquet, enter the recipient’s address and phone number, your message (up to 400 characters), then the timing: express in 1 hour, “as soon as possible” in under 2 hours (€5.90, free from €100) or a 30-minute slot. The delivery date and time are shown before you pay.

2. The bouquet is made

The bouquet is arranged by hand with the flowers of the day, and your message is written on a card. Flowers may vary slightly from the photo, with equivalent value and style.

3. A courier delivers by bike or e-scooter

You follow the order on a tracking page. A few minutes after the courier sets off, their position appears until they arrive.

4. The hand-over is photographed

On delivery, the courier takes a photo of the bouquet. You receive it by email and it stays on the tracking page. You can then rate the delivery and leave the courier a tip.

What if the recipient is out?

If the recipient is out, the courier leaves the bouquet with the concierge or front desk if there is one, then tries to reach the recipient and you. If nobody can be reached, the order is considered delivered.
