Think in Paris time

Slots and the order cut-off are shown in Paris time. For same-day delivery, order before 8pm Paris time: for example before 2pm in New York, or before 10pm in Riyadh in winter (9pm in summer).

Pay with your own card, in euros

Payment goes through Stripe: international cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted. Prices are in euros; your bank handles the conversion.

Give two phone numbers

Yours, with your country code, and the recipient’s in Paris. If there’s a problem, the courier calls the recipient first, then you.

Write your message

Your message, up to 400 characters, is handwritten on a card tucked into the bouquet.

Get the delivery photo

The courier photographs the bouquet as it’s handed over. You receive the photo by email and can follow the delivery online, wherever you are.

Frequently asked questions.

Can I order flowers for Paris from abroad?
Yes. All you need is a delivery address in central Paris (75001 to 75020). International cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted, and your phone number can be from any country.
How will I know the flowers have been delivered?
The courier photographs the hand-over. The photo is emailed to you and stays visible on the order tracking page.
Which time zone are the slots in?
Paris time. Deliveries run 10am–11pm, Paris time, 7 days a week.
What happens if the recipient is out?
If the recipient is out, the courier leaves the bouquet with the concierge or front desk if there is one, then tries to reach the recipient and you. If nobody can be reached, the order is considered delivered.
