Where does Hanaé deliver?

Only within central Paris, from the 1st to the 20th arrondissement (75001 to 75020), 7 days a week, from 10am to 11pm. The suburbs and other cities are not covered.

How quickly does Hanaé deliver?

In under 1 hour after payment with express, which can be ordered from 10am to 8pm, or in under 2 hours with standard delivery. Every order placed before 8pm is delivered the same day; if express arrives late, €12.10 is refunded on request, the difference with a standard delivery.

How do I know my bouquet has been delivered?

The courier photographs the hand-over: you receive the photo by email as soon as it is delivered, and it stays visible on the order tracking page.

Hanaé was born from one fixed idea: that a bouquet could be ordered, arranged and handed over in person within an hour, anywhere in Paris. Not a thousand products: a short selection of signature bouquets that we know how to arrange quickly and well.

Six couriers, by bike or e-scooter

Our bouquets do not travel in a car boot. Six couriers on road bikes or e-scooters cross Paris for them: they know the shortcuts and the temperamental door codes. No traffic jams, no jolts: the bouquet arrives just as it left.

Made to order

Nothing is prepared in advance. Your bouquet is arranged by hand the moment you order, with the flowers of the day. That is why it never looks quite like the photo, and that is why it is fresh.

Proof, not promises

Every delivery ends with a photo, taken at handover and sent straight away. You know when, and in what condition, your bouquet arrived.
