The address: the hotel’s
Enter the hotel’s address. In the additional address details, write “Reception — for the attention of” followed by the name the room is booked under, and the arrival date.
The recipient: the hotel guest
Give the name and phone number of the person staying. The reception takes the bouquet to the room or hands it over on arrival, as is their practice.
The slot: after check-in
Choose a slot after the expected arrival time, or let the hotel know a bouquet is coming beforehand. Some hotels won’t hold deliveries for guests who haven’t checked in yet.
The hand-over: at the front desk
The courier hands the bouquet to reception and photographs the hand-over. If the recipient is out, the courier leaves the bouquet with the concierge or front desk if there is one, then tries to reach the recipient and you. If nobody can be reached, the order is considered delivered.
More than a bouquet: a decorated room
For a proposal, a birthday or a honeymoon, Hanaé can also decorate the room before arrival: a rose petal heart on the bed, roses, balloons and LED candles, from €179 to €690, set up between 6pm and 11pm with the reception’s agreement. You get a photo of the finished room.
