Why 15 minutes cannot be promised
A fresh bouquet is made to order, then crosses Paris by bike or e-scooter. Depending on distance and traffic, that sometimes takes a quarter of an hour, often more. Guaranteeing 15 minutes anywhere in Paris would mean bouquets made in advance. We prefer a 1-hour guarantee that is kept, and a partial refund when it is not.
The fastest guaranteed option: 1-hour express
Choose express at checkout: the 1-hour clock starts at payment, across all 20 arrondissements, from 10am to 8pm. Many bouquets arrive well before, and you follow the courier live until the hand-over photo.
In a real hurry? Schedule it to the minute
If the time matters more than the speed, for a dinner, a surprise or a hotel arrival, book a 30-minute slot instead, until 11pm. The bouquet arrives exactly when you want, with no race against the clock.
