Book 7 March from Monday 1 March
Scheduled slots open six days ahead: the Sunday 7 March slot can be booked from Monday 1 March, as a morning, afternoon or evening window, or a precise two-hour slot. Times are Paris time. A morning delivery brightens her whole day, and arrives before the family lunch.

Make the handover easy
Give her phone number, the door code and the floor, and let her know a courier will ring. In a retirement or care home, add the name of the residence and her room number in the address details so the courier finds her without detours.
