Paris flower delivery barometer

How long does flower delivery in Paris really take? Instead of promises, here are the times measured on bouquets delivered by Hanaé, from payment to hand-over, between 7 October and 31 October 2026.

The sample is small: 78 deliveries. The percentages give an order of magnitude, not a law; they are recalculated at every update, at the same address.

Method

  • Sample: 78 bouquets delivered by Hanaé, paid from 7 October and handed over by 31 October 2026 at the latest. It is a small sample, and we say so plainly: one bouquet more or less can move some percentages by several points.
  • Time measured: from confirmed payment to hand-over of the bouquet, recorded by the courier with the photo proof of delivery. Paris time. Medians and the 90th percentile are rounded to the minute.
  • “As soon as possible”: orders placed without a time slot (32), by express (one-hour promise) or standard delivery (under-2-hour promise). An order with a time slot counts as scheduled, even by express.
  • Scheduled: orders delivered on a chosen time slot (46). They count as on time if the bouquet is handed over no later than the end of the slot; 9 were handed over before it started.
  • Exclusions: test and internal accounts, orders closed without hand-over (incident), and a series of orders tagged separately in-house, most of them delivered to a single address, which would skew the times and the map.
  • Source: Hanaé order database, queried read-only. No personal data is published. The figures are recalculated at every update; the address of this page does not change.
